All luxury products sold in this shopping mall are genuine, imported through official distribution channels or reliable overseas suppliers.

We conduct our own inspection and component verification procedures before shipping, and we absolutely do not sell counterfeit products.

If a product sold by us is definitively confirmed as counterfeit by a credible appraisal institution or according to official brand standards, we will provide a full refund of the purchase amount and proceed with a separate compensation process.

When reporting a counterfeit product, purchase history, product photos, appraisal certificates, or official confirmation documents may be required, and we will promptly verify the facts based on these materials.

We promise an authenticity guarantee, thorough inspection, and transparent after-sales management so that our customers can purchase with confidence.
